Crashes! Cannot get the Pro Version to start :(

This would be an incredible app if I could open the stupid program up. It crashes at the splash screen and goes back to the home screen. I have restarted my device several times, and even reinstalled the program. NADA. I require a refund..The LTE version as no problems. For once free is better than the paid app!. This is so frustrating.
